These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bettybonanza.com and the services offered by Betty Bonanza. By using the site or our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our services

Betty Bonanza operates a subscription baking club that delivers baking kits, recipe content and video lessons to members.

Food safety and allergens

Allergen information is printed on each recipe card and box. Our kits are packed in a facility that handles common allergens and may contain traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. Please check ingredients carefully before use. Fresh ingredients you add are your responsibility, and finished bakes should be prepared, stored and consumed following the instructions provided.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch boxes in the first week of each month. Delivery times are estimates. If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know within 7 days with a photo and we will replace the missing items or the box.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change from time to time; any change will not affect orders already confirmed. When you sign up, we will confirm the details and send a secure payment link. Your contract with us begins once we confirm your order in writing.

3. Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before the 25th of the month and you will not be charged for the following month. Prepaid plans are charged up front and are non-refundable once the first box has shipped, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, or submitting false or unlawful information through our forms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and the design of the site — belongs to Betty Bonanza or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Photographs are used under licence from Unsplash. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betty Bonanza is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
